Their key concept behind each product is about supporting and enabling change and understanding in a fun, creative and informative and interactive way.

JubyLee Bakes

A group of young entrepreneurs who  won the 2016 Young Start-Up Talent Gatwick Diamond Competition. We started a bakery business to enable them to have great work for life.  They hand bake in small batches using fine ingredients.  The kitchens they use all have 5 star Food Hygiene rating

Sussex ADHD Support

Crawley and Hurspierpoint Branch, are a parent led volunteer group, supporting parents, carers, professionals and individuals with ADHD across West Sussex.

Healthwatch

Exists to make health and care services work for the people who use them.   They give people across West Sussex the opportunity to have their say about health and care services. They are an independent organisation but they have a statutory voice, meaning commissioners and providers have to listen to people through them.  

Jigsaw

Occupational Therapy for children and young people living in the South East of England. Providing assessments and direct therapy individualised to your child's needs, as well as, training for schools, parents and other professionals.

Renaissance Legal

Renaissance Legal specialise in working with families and carers of disabled and vulnerable individuals, helping them plan effectively for the future with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Inheritance Tax Planning.

Homestart

A local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times.  Home-Start works with families in communities right across the UK. Starting in the home, their approach is as individual as the people we’re helping.

Independent Lives

is a user-led charity. who work with people with support needs and carers, to enable people to lead full, active and independent lives.  

Autism & Social  Communication Team (ASCT)

A small specialist team of Advisory Teachers (ATs) and Specialist Learning Support Assistants (SLSAs). who enable, challenge and advise WSCC maintained Mainstream schools and Academies so that best outcomes are achieved for CYP with ASC and/or SCD.

NHS Foundation Trust Carers Health Team

A team of health professionals who aim to promote the health and wellbeing of carers. A free service providing support for carers over the age of 18 registered with a West Sussex GP.

Supporting people with learning disabilities and / or autism to reach their potential across Sussex.

(formerly Ashcroft Care Services), supports  adults with learning disabilities to live independently as possible.  .

A work preparation programme for people aged 16 - 25 with learning difficulties.  Helping develop their skills that could lead to employment and  increase their independence. 

Think 18

Supporting young adults (16 – 35 years) with learning disabilities in the UK.  Developing  social networks and friendships, independence and social skills.  Emphasis is on providing  a safe social environments to enjoy activities with their friends.

Impact Advocacy & Workability

Advocacy service stops vulnerable people’s lives going into crisis and gives people the power to take control. We also support self advocacy groups. 

Workability scheme aims to match adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disability, sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury, or those who are carers, with suitable work placements.

Farm Buddies

Farming activities are being used nationwide to improve the wellbeing of young and older people. This service is known as 'Social Farming' or 'Care Farming' and has Central Government support
